The control room sits on a floating floor; the live room's ceiling rises to 4.8 metres. Bookings run from 6 pm to 6 am — that's when the city is quiet and the meters are honest.

Rates
Simple pricing, no meter anxiety.
Evening block
$65 / hourMinimum four hours, 6 pm – midnight. Engineer included.
Overnight lockout
$420 / night6 pm – 6 am, full run of the studio. The way most records here get made.
Day rate
$480 / dayEight hours with a senior engineer, for projects that need daylight focus.
